Job summary

Evergreen School Division is seeking a 0.25 hr/day Temporary Educational Assistant at Winnipeg Beach School, effective ASAP to June 30, 2027. Hours are 8:15am–8:30am, supporting students in academics, behavior, and daily routines.

Qualifications include a minimum Grade 12, a Para Educator Certificate preferred, and experience with behavior management and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• Para Educator Certificate desired.
• Relevant training and experience.
• Course work in behavior management.
• Demonstrable computer/technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students academically, socially, and behaviorally.
• Assisting with communication and speech-language activities.
• Supporting individualized student programming.
• Assisting with supervision and daily routines.
• Assisting with library support duties, including acquisitions, cataloguing, assisting students and staff, book fairs, etc.

Ability, Skills & Qualifications
