Job summary

Evergreen School Division invites applications for a temporary Educational Assistant position at Gimli High School. The role is 5.75 hours per day from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm with a 30-minute lunch break, effective ASAP through June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities include supporting students academically, socially, and behaviorally; assisting with communication and speech-language activities; supporting individualized programming; supervising daily routines; and assisting with library duties and student

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Para Educator Certificate desired.
• Relevant training and experience.
• Course work in behavior management.
• Demonstrable computer/technology skills.

• Assisting with communication and speech-language activities.
• Supporting individualized student programming.
