West Vancouver Schools seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (0.4 FTE) to support inclusive education. The role covers prevention, assessment and direct intervention for high and low incidence students, with collaboration among educators and families.
The successful candidate will meet CSHPBC standards, bring teamwork skills and engage in school-based services and in-service training. The position is linked to the district's inclusive education initiatives.

The annual salary for a full-time teaching position ranges from $63,347 to $116,190, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. The salary will be prorated based on FTE.
Duties include prevention, identification, assessment, direct intervention for students (both high and low incidence), consultation and collaboration with other educators regarding students’ needs in the classroom and other school environments, in-service training, information sharing with families and other service providers and public education.
This position replaces a teacher on a leave of absence. The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the following:
