Job summary

SD42 invites applications for a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist to join our Learning Services Team for a 0.4 FTE continuing position, effective September 1, 2026.

The successful candidate will collaborate with school-based teams to assess and support student communication needs, including autism spectrum disorders, and implement AAC strategies across elementary and secondary settings. Membership with CHCP-BC is required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Membership with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.

  • Maintain clear, effective communication and strong collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
