Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, is seeking a First Cook for Playtime Casino. The role focuses on demonstrating sharp culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in a cook position or extensive culinary experience.
• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
• Red Seal or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Foodsafe / Food Handlers Certificate is an asset.
• Solid understanding of meat, starch, sauces, soups and food safety preparation.

What You Bring

• Two to five years in a cook position or extensive culinary experience.
