Job summary

Bost Inc is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families in their homes, supporting activities of daily living including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs may accompany clients on community outings or provide transportation to activities and work, in collaboration with clinical staff.

The role emphasizes direct support, daily living assistance, and participation in therapeutic plans to enhance quality of life for individuals served.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration and personal care.
• Support individuals in community outings or transportation to activities or work.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance quality of life.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying

individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-10:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00 per hour

Group Rate: $16.00 per hour
