Bost Inc is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to support daily living activities in home settings. Responsibilities include meal prep, personal care, medication administration, and facilitating community involvement.

DSPs also assist with transportation and outings, collaborating with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans aimed at enhancing quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Must pass background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including meal preparation and planning, personal care, and medication administration.
• Support individuals and families to maximize quality of life.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday through Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
