Bost Inc. is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families, delivering in-home support to maximize quality of life. Responsibilities include ADLs, meal prep, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs may accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed, coordinating with clinical staff on therapeutic plans.

Work on Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Compensation includes 1:1 rate of $14.00 per hour and group rate of $16.00 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Mansioni

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying

individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00 per hour

Group Rate: $16.00 per hour
