Easter Seals TN is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals in their daily activities in our person-supported home. You will support meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration, while partnering with clinical staff on treatment plans.

We offer a starting rate of $15 per hour, tenure-based pay scale, an annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life and long-term disability coverages, a 403(b) retirement plan, and

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day. At the end of your workday, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
