Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support leading Traffic Management clients in the UK. This role involves driving an IPV and setting up, maintaining and removing sites in NHSS compliance.

Candidates will read CAD drawings, report near misses, ensure safety and quality of operations, and follow RAMS and Method Statements. A Lantra qualification, ability to pass a drugs/alcohol check, right to work in the UK, and a full UK driving licence (≤6

• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check

• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works safely and effectively to meet quality of operations.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Being aware of and complying with RAMS.
• Safely unloading/loading traffic management equipment.
• Following Method Statements for safe working practices.
• Completing Risk Assessments.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting plant/vehicle defects.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB IPV OPERATIVE

Duties may include:

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
