Qualifications
University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and 6-year experience working on agile software development and modern, service design-based product delivery comparable in size and complexity for a large organization, such as state, provincial, or federal government or a private company with 5,000 or more employees or for a startup or small business addressing a complex challenge at scale.
Senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Experience as Program Manager managing a portfolio of projects by providing governance, prioritizing, monitoring, reporting at a Program level.
Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
Experience in managing project/program financials such as budgeting and forecasts.
Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness, and experience supporting and collaborating directly with stakeholders, external users and internal business areas. Ability to coordinate and communicate necessary information well to all clients.
Experience in developing project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks.
