Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Program Director to lead the Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery program in Brampton, ON.

This role requires steering large, cross-functional teams and engaging CXOs to deliver strategic outcomes for network modernization and expansion. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in telecommunications, strong program management credentials (PMP/PgMP), and an MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Wireline Network Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery, or Managed Services.
• Proven leadership managing large-scale wireline engineering, planning, design, and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.
• Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading executive governance forums.
• MBA preferred and PMP, PgMP or equivalent program management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery program.
• Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs, internal leadership teams, and strategic partners.
• Establish and lead program governance, executive steering committees, and performance management frameworks.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives: operating model modernization, automation, AI adoption, productivity, and service innovation.
• Lead national delivery teams across network planning, engineering, survey, permitting, design, deployment, and operational support.
• Provide strategic direction for FTTH, Fiber Deep, HFC, MDU, Access Network, and network expansion programs.
• Drive execution excellence across wireline infrastructure build, capacity expansion, modernization, relocations, and capital projects.
• Own executive escalations, risk management, issue resolution, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure alignment across Engineering, Operations, Construction, IT, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and Partners.
• Own program financial performance: revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, resource optimization, productivity, cost management.

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale wireline engineering, planning, design, and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.
