The role contributes to delivering protective, preventative and support services using the Family Centered Case Management and P.R.I.D.E. models, while promoting service excellence, collaboration, innovation and accountability in partnership with Indigenous and community agencies.

Key Qualifications & Essential Skills

• Flexibility to travel, work evenings and weekends, transport clients, and perform physical tasks up to 20 kg.
