What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct background research and in-depth data analysis for IDAC reports/publications
- Organize and support online and in-person IDAC events, including workshops and webinars
- Prepare advocacy and communication materials to engage audiences and foster partnerships
- Provide program management support for IDAC meetings and documentation
- Assist in donor reporting and resource mobilization efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced University degree in Statistics, Demography, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in migration/displacement research and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of migration and displacement topics, including relevant international frameworks
- Proficiency in R programming and knowledge of GIS software is an asset
- Exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written

- Demonstrated experience in academic research and analytical writing
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines effectively
