In this full-time role, you will support the SVP of Partnerships and the Chief Growth Officer by managing accounts and providing operational support. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s degree and over 2 years of experience in business development or account management. Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools are essential for this opportunity.

The Business Development Specialist will support two senior leaders within the organization while playing a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring smooth project and account management execution. In this dual-function role, you will support the SVP of Partnerships (80%) by helping source, build, and manage strategic relationships.
You will also assist the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (20%) with coordination, CRM management, follow‑ups, and operational support across sales and growth initiatives.
