Alcoa is seeking a Production Operator A to join our team at the Alumina Reduction Unit in São Luís do Maranhão.

1. Organize and clean the area;
2. Open and close pots;
3. Track anode replacements;
4. Re-tighten anode clamps and monitor adjustments;
5. Check anode contact;
6. Remove burnoff and perform extra exchanges;
7. Add sack material;
8. Skim charcoal dust;
9. Operate utility bridge, siphon cleaning machine, WL machine, and crucible cleaning machine.

• Complete High School Education;
• Desirable: Participation in Alumar's Operator Training Program, e.g., Young Apprentice;
• Desirable: Basic knowledge of MS Office;
• Availability to work in shifts.
