We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

• Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making.
• Use SQL and/or Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.
• Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and user‑centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

• BA/BS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field.
• SQL: advanced querying and data preparation skills.
• ETL/Analytics Engineering: advanced knowledge and ability to draw complex data models for analysis.
• Power BI: advanced storytelling/UI and ability to design reports based on product requirements.
• Python: basic experience using Python for statistical analyses and database modeling.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, AI‑assisted analytics), even at a conceptual or academic level.
• Academic background or coursework related to AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Experience working in analytics engineering, data analytics, or hybrid roles that sit between data engineering and BI.
• GIT: basic knowledge in git process for CI/CD and basic experience with Power BI Project format.
• Databricks hands‑on experience creating pipelines and notebooks.

• Strong skills in crafting clear data narratives that connect insights to business strategy.
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user‑centric dashboard development.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills to operate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
