The Operational Risk Team is part of the 2nd line of Defense and is responsible for managing and overseeing the operational risk function of our organization by providing independent oversight and challenge to the first line of defense. As a second line of defense, the Operational Risk team helps the business identify threats and operational risks to mitigate potential losses and customer dissatisfaction, ensuring a robust and resilient operating environment.
