For our Sales and Service activities in Portugal, we are looking for a motivated
Sales-/Service-Engineer Paper Machine Clothing Portugal (all genders)
- Responsible for extensive Sales activities in the area of Forming Fabrics, Press Felts, Dryers, Shoe Press Belts and Rolls in Portugal
- Responsible for sales volume and customer liaison and the support of several Fabrics and Rolls customers in the country
- Introduction and presentation of products
- Continuous customer service and support
- Permanent contacts with customers to prepare and support upcoming optimization and troubleshooting activities
- Active acquisition of new customers
- Complaint management and problem solving
- Support the start-up of AFR products
- Reporting:
- own activities
- competition situation
- market trends
Education:
- Bachelor or master’s degree (paper production, chemistry, engineering)
- Or equivalent technical education (Technician / Business Administration)
- Or experienced papermaker
Experience:
- Min 5 years of operative, service and/or sales experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales of products in need of explanation or in comparable challenging tasks
Languages:
- Portuguese
- English (good in written and spoken)
Personality:
- Distinct technology and sales mentality
- Willingness to travel (>70 %)
- Work well in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Self-reliant and highly motivated

- Customer sites and Home Office
