PadSplit is hiring Full Stack Engineers to join an international engineering team to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, enhancing the overall efficiency of product development while working in a Pod. This role requires a versatile tech background for quick iteration and problem solving, while working closely in a Pod of Software and QA Engineers led by a Product Manager. We need someone who can foster a cohesive and agile development environment to drive the pod’s productivity and innovation.
We need a versatile developer who is proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, such as JavaScript, React, React Native, Django, AWS, and Postgres databases. The ideal candidate has a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of quickly adapting to new challenges and technologies. The right candidate must excel in collaborative environments, effectively communicating with a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
