Jobtailor in São Paulo is looking for a Young Apprentice to support the Infrastructure team with hands-on IT tasks while completing high school or technical training. You will help prep desktops and laptops, assemble onboarding kits, and assist with software installations under supervision.

You will also learn to handle equipment deliveries, returns, and basic ticket handling, contributing to organized asset inventories. This entry role emphasizes learning and growth within IT operations.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in high school or a technical school.
• Be between 14 and 24 years old per Young Apprentice program.
• Good communication skills, organized, eager to learn.
• Currently studying or interested in IT, Networking, Infrastructure, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Infrastructure team with operational and administrative activities.
• Assist in the preparation, configuration, and organization of desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Support onboarding kit assembly for new hires, ensuring equipment is ready for delivery.
• Assist with delivering equipment and other IT supplies to employees and inspecting returns.
• Provide support for installing approved software, updates, and applications under supervision.
• Assist in responding to low-complexity support tickets from internal users.
• Organize and maintain the inventory of equipment, assets, and IT supplies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school or a technical school.
• Be between 14 and 24 years old, in accordance with the Young Apprentice program legislation.
• Good communication skills, organized, and eager to learn.
• Currently studying or interested in technical or vocational courses in IT, Networking, Infrastructure, or related fields.
