Qualificações

Influx is seeking experienced Voice Customer Service Agents with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to join an upcoming campaign.

Your tasks will include:

1. Address and resolve customer issues efficiently via phone, messaging, and email.
2. Communicate with clarity and professionalism in all written and verbal interactions.
3. Collaborate with team members and managers to provide seamless customer service.
4. Maintain fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in the BPO industry/call center or equivalent customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
6. Exhibit excellent communication skills, personal integrity, conscientiousness, and team spirit.
7. Be willing to learn continuously and focus on task completion, results, and strategic goals.
8. Have good knowledge of G-Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, etc.).
9. Own a laptop with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 or above, or equivalent.
10. Have a high-speed, reliable internet connection (minimum 35 Mbps).
