EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD seeks a Vision Engineer to develop and optimize vision applications for industrial automation. You will design, analyze, and maintain systems for measurement and defect inspection, enabling reliable component presence detection in production lines.

You will select and procure vision hardware, configure complex setups, and ensure peak system performance while supporting field service engineers and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in vision applications
• Hands-on experience with vision libraries/frameworks such as HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro

Responsabilidades

• Develop, analyze, and maintain vision applications including measurement, defect inspection, and component presence detection.
• Decide on selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of vision components ( PCs, cameras, lighting ) according to application needs.
• Configure vision systems—host PCs, frame grabbers, cameras, illumination, motion control, interfaces—to optimize performance.
• Provide hands-on support to field service engineers and customers.
• Evaluate vision system performance specs and prepare technical documentation and training.
• Explore new vision technologies and implement into projects.

Job Scope

• Develop, analyze, and maintain various vision applications, including measurement, defect inspection, component presence detection, and more.

• Make decisions on the selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of vision-related components such as PCs, cameras, and lighting based on application requirements.

• Configure vision systems, including host PCs, frame grabbers, cameras, illumination, motion control, and interfaces, to achieve optimal system performance.

• Possess hands‑on experience with vision software libraries/frameworks such as HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro.

• Provide technical support to field service engineers and customers.

• Evaluate and establish vision system performance specifications, as well as prepare technical documentation and conduct training.

• Explore new vision technologies and implement them in relevant projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related field

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experiences in vision applications

• Possess hands‑on experience with vision software libraries/frameworks such as HIK, OpenCV, HALCON, or Cognex VisionPro.
