Qualificações

• Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methods like 8D and Ishikawa.

Conhecimentos

ISO 19011 internal auditor certification

Management system requirements understanding

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Working with the Operations team in Brazil and the USA, as well as with the Global IMS management team, to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site-specific quality management systems in Brazil and the US.

1. Provision of internal audit program: Ensure compliance with established standards (e.g., ISO 19011) and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Support for customer & supplier audits: Assist in planning and execution.
3. Management of non-conformities and findings: Support process owners and department managers in managing and resolving issues such as complaints, audit findings, and incidents.
4. Monitoring and effectiveness of corrective measures: Ensure implementation considering root cause analysis methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why).
5. Training and awareness: Educate site staff on management systems and IMS applications.
6. Documentation management: Keep management system documentation current and aligned with global standards.
7. Reporting and advice: Provide information to management regarding system use and improvements.
8. Management reviews: Support conduct and follow-up.
9. Customer requirements: Promote awareness across the company.
10. Continuous improvement: Collaborate with IMS Core group on system enhancements and standard implementation.
11. Training compliance: Monitor and ensure all personnel complete required training.

Experience:

• Implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Working in multinational chemical companies.
• Applying root cause analysis methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why).
• Managing small to moderate complexity projects (e.g., audit partnerships).

Skills & Knowledge:

• ISO 19011 internal auditor certification or comparable education.
• Understanding of management system requirements.
• Knowledge of chemical industry regulations.
• General IT skills.
• Highly desired: Knowledge of other ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17045, ISO 50001) and education as FMEA moderator.
