About the Role: UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use cases.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to define and deliver UX work.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Create processes to support UX discovery and delivery.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment within teams.

Proficiency in:

• Product Design: Strong visual and interaction skills, attention to detail, experience with design systems, and developing design strategies.
• User Research: Leading or supporting research activities, synthesizing findings, and connecting insights to UX deliverables.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Engaging stakeholders, leading workshops, challenging the status quo, and driving new ideas.
• Tools & Frameworks: Figma, Miro, familiar with Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Lean UX, and Agile processes.
