Description
The Experience Designer for a global brand will enhance user experiences by merging design principles with in-depth user research methodologies. This position is dedicated to gaining insights into user needs, behaviors, and challenges, allowing for the development of innovative solutions that elevate services and products. The designer will actively drive initiatives, facilitate collaborative exercises, and engage in Product Discovery alongside the Product Team to foster continual improvement and creativity.
Main Skills: Service Design, User Research
Main Activities
· Conduct interviews, surveys, or shadowing to understand user needs and behaviors.
· Creating user personas/archetypes based on research findings to represent different user types.
· Mapping out user journeys to visualize user interactions and responses at various touchpoints.
· Developing service blueprints/experience to illustrate the service process, including frontstage and backstage activities.
· Planning and conducting experiments for different types of solutions.
· Testing solutions with real users to gather feedback and identify pain points.
· Facilitating co-creation workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm and refine service ideas.
· Synthesizing research findings into presentations and reports for stakeholders.
· User Research Report: executive summary of insights, findings, and/or recommendations.
· User Personas or Archetypes: representing different segments of the target audience.
· Customer Journey / Blueprints: visual documents that outline the steps users take when interacting with a service, including processes and user interactions.
