Your transformation challenge...

1. Java backend: Development of customer-specific logistics processes for our shipper and carrier customers, reflecting their business processes, mapping, and connecting their in-house systems to our SaaS platform.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders regarding customer requirements and advise our Professional Services team on implementing business logic.
3. Design, implement, and independently update customer-specific features; manage and prioritize support tickets.
4. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
5. Participate in configuring and operating customer interfaces on test and production systems; provide technical 3rd level support for customer business processes on our interface platform.
6. Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices; share knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
7. Utilize state-of-the-art technologies, including AI tools like Copilot.
8. Propose improvements for customers and internal processes.
