About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Unity Developer to join our team and help build, launch, and maintain high-quality games. You’ll be responsible for implementing and evolving core gameplay systems, ensuring smooth user experiences, and supporting LiveOps initiatives that keep our games engaging for players worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Unity UI (UGUI/Toolkit/TMPro): create/adjust screens, flows, and in-game feedback.
• Live Ops: feature flags/Remote Config, seasonal events, adjustments without store updates.
• IAP: purchase/restore flow, basic client-side validations, handling common errors.
• Ads: integrate SDKs and events (e.g., loaded/showed/failed), interstitial vs rewarded.
• Web Integration: HTTP requests with Coroutine and/or async/Task, JSON parsing, simple timeouts/retries, and local caching when appropriate.
• Mobile Performance: use of Profiler, GC allocs control, Addressables/AssetBundles.
• Build & Distribution: Android keystore, iOS provisioning profile, building for iOS and uploading to TestFlight.
• Version Control: working with Git and Plastic SCM (Unity Version Control).
• Organization: working with Kanban (ClickUp/Jira/Trello), updating status, and logging hours per task.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years with Unity/C#, including 2+ years with mobile (Android/iOS) and at least one published app/game.
• Gameplay + UI: Gameplay + Unity UI (UGUI/Toolkit) in practice.
• Ads: Ads in production (SDKs, interstitial vs rewarded, basic events).
• HTTP/JSON: HTTP/JSON on the client side (headers, errors, timeouts; Coroutine and async/Task).
• Firebase: Firebase (Analytics + Crashlytics; daily use of Remote Config).
• Resources: Addressables/AssetBundles and Profiler (diagnostics and optimization).
• iOS build: iOS build (Xcode, provisioning/profile) and TestFlight upload; Android keystores.
• Publishing: Play Console and App Store Connect (internal testing).
• Version control: Git and Plastic SCM in daily workflow.
• English: Advanced/Fluent English (documentation, issues, partner communication).
• Kanban: Kanban (ClickUp/Jira/Trello) and task-based time tracking.
• Languages: Advanced in English and Portuguese.
• Bonus (Nice to Haves): Deep link and push notifications (FCM/APNs). Advanced Remote Config (rollout/rollback, segmentations). Experience with VR/AR (Quest/Quest 3/3S) or alternative devices. Secure storage best practices (Keychain/Keystore) for tokens/keys. Experience with porting games to console (Playstation, Xbox or Switch).
