4flow is seeking a Consultant to join an experienced team and deliver innovative solutions for international customers in automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors. You will optimize complex manufacturing and supply chain processes and implement solutions by working directly with customers in Brazil and abroad.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, travel flexibility, and a hybrid work model in Campinas or São Paulo.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field of study.
• Experience in project management within transportation and/or supply chain operations in consulting or key industries.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• International work or study experience is preferred.
• Availability and willingness to travel frequently within Brazil and abroad.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in one of our offices: Campinas or São Paulo (when not travelling).
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages would be a plus.

As a Consultant you will work with an experienced team to develop innovative solutions for our international customers in the automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods and retail industries, among others. You will take on challenges such as optimizing complex manufacturing and supply chain processes or introducing dynamic materials management for the world’s most successful manufacturers and retailers. Your work will go beyond just developing a plan; you will also implement the solutions by working directly with our customers at their locations in Brazil and abroad.
