Qualificações

• 2–3 years of semiconductor or subcontracting industry experience in ATE test with knowledge of Teradyne and Verigy 93K.
• Experience handling Mixed Signal / RF devices.
• Strong ability to develop and modify test programs.
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Test-PE support for product offloads and ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Support manufacturing in product-related issues in mass production.
• Coordinate and execute new product offloads plans.
• Interface with customers on offloads and provide test capability assessments.
• Perform test correlation, evaluation, and characterization for new offloads.
• Communicate test results and resolutions to customers.
• Generate Test Setup Specifications based on customer requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve yield, quality, and cycle time.
• Provide required test support to Resident Engineers.
• Sustain test programs, hardware, and setup issues in mass production.

• To coordinate and provide related Test-PE technical and administrative support to various department relative to product offloads by ensuring that Customer’s test requirements are fully understood, be able to meet, and administered to test production line in due time

• To support manufacturing in Product related issues in mass production.

• Co-ordinate / Execute new product offloads plan

• Interface with customer on product offloads and provide assessment and information on test capabilities and providing resolutions to barriers/constraints

• Performs required test correlation, evaluation, and test characterization on new product offloads, and shall communicate to customer the test results or if any- test correlation issues and resolutions

• Generate Test Setup Specification based on customer’s test requirements for production to support the product

• Evaluate and recommend process change/s for improvements to help improve yield, quality, and cycle time

• Provide required test support needs by Resident Engineer’s

• Sustain test program , hardware and major setup issues in mass production

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

• 2 – 3 years of semiconductor related or subcontracting industry working experience in ATE test environment with good tester and test programming knowledge on Teradyne (Catalyst, Uflex, Iflex, Microflex, J750, Tiger) and Verigy 93K

• Experience in handling Mixed Signal / RF Devices

• Strong ability to develop and modify test programs

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
