Qualificações

Job Description

About the team: The Customer Service department at ZF is responsible for receiving and managing technical and commercial demands from direct and indirect customers throughout Brazil. We act as a central contact point, ensuring agile and efficient support for our clients. What you will find as a Customer Support Technician:

• Provide responsive technical and warranty support via voice (phone), chat, WhatsApp, and email channels, ensuring a positive experience and resolving doubts or technical issues;
• Work with data processing and analysis;
• Understand and master the service metrics in conjunction with the Department Coordinator;
• Perform active and receptive customer service through voice, email, and chat channels, offering the best experience;
• Interface with other stakeholders (internal departments and suppliers) to handle customer demands;
• Conduct surveys and data analysis to understand customer needs, acting proactively to offer effective solutions;
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve customer demands efficiently;
• Clarify doubts, handle complaints, and provide support regarding the product portfolio, including warranty issues.

Your profile as a Customer Support Technician:

• Complete technical training in the mechanical area or pursuing a higher education in mechanical engineering;
• Intermediate level proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable;
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) for effective customer relationship management is desirable;
• Availability to work in a hybrid format in Itu, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
