About the Company

INconnet Serviços de Informática Ltda. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team. You will provide remote support to our clients' employees in Argentina.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues related to Windows, Office, Office 365, hardware, network, and general IT support.
3. Configure and maintain user workstations for optimal performance.
4. Document technical problems and resolutions in a ticketing system.
5. Maintain positive and professional relationships with users.
6. Proactively identify and research potential solutions to improve support efficiency.
7. Continuously expand your IT knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

1. Experience in IT support or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).
3. Fluency in English is a plus.
4. Excellent customer service skills and commitment to user satisfaction.
5. Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.) is an advantage.
8. Knowledge of hardware, networking, and general IT concepts is required.
