Job summary

FiberHome Brasil is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support 4G/5G deployments across Brazil. You will oversee equipment testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting, while coordinating with customers and international teams to ensure acceptance and success.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom project delivery, strong knowledge of RAN and core network architecture, and fluency in English for reports and meetings. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications project delivery, engineering implementation, product testing, or network optimization.
• Hands-on experience with telecommunications equipment testing, commissioning, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of 4G/5G radio access networks and core network architecture, including key signaling procedures.
• Experience with network testing and optimization tools, such as Dingli, Spark, or Speedtest.
• Ability to independently manage technical issues, coordinate project activities, and support customer acceptance.
• Fluent spoken English for technical discussions, client meetings, and business communication.
• Strong English writing skills for technical reports, project proposals, emails, and acceptance documentation.
• Willingness to undertake long-term business travel and adapt to different working environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing technical priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale telecommunications equipment deployment.
• Experience with batch deployment of base stations or repeaters and network-wide acceptance.
• Familiarity with local telecommunications construction standards, compliance requirements, and basic bidding processes.
• Experience providing technical training or certification guidance to customers and partners.
