IG Networks, a fast-growing global telecommunications company, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst - NOC to join our team and keep critical services running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Solid networking knowledge including Cisco, Juniper, and Datacom technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience in telecom or telecommunications carriers preferred.
• Familiarity with Linux, Python, Django, Ansible is a plus.

• Configure network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Datacom) and maintain updated documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Telecom or telecommunications carriers;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Solid knowledge of networking and Cisco, Juniper, and Datacom technologies;
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory;
• Nice to have familiarity with DevOps tools and environments (Linux, Python, Django, Ansible).
