Castrol is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join its Global Marine & Energy (GME) team. You will provide technical support, analyze oil reports, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth and customer success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marine, offshore, or related industries, strong lubrication knowledge, and excellent communication with global teams.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability, Asset Management, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Experience within Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Industrial Equipment Maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, machinery maintenance, reliability, lubrication, or oil analysis.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• English proficiency and the ability to work with global teams.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.

About the Team

Join Castrol's Global Marine & Energy (GME) team as Technical Service Engineer and play a critical role supporting some of the world's leading marine, offshore, oil & gas, and power generation customers. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business partnership to deliver innovative lubrication solutions and maximize equipment reliability.
