Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is seeking an HR systems trainer to conduct in-person and remote trainings on HR systems, payroll, eSocial, and timekeeping. You will support initial implementations and work with project teams to ensure smooth client experiences.

This role requires basic HR knowledge, understanding of Brazilian labor laws, data analysis and Excel skills, plus willingness to travel for projects and collaborate across departments to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processes.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of HR routines including hiring, vacations, terminations, leaves, taxes and payroll.
• Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation (CLT, FGTS, INSS, eSocial, DIRF, RAIS).
• Able to analyze reports (spreadsheets, PDFs, XML) and interpret data.
• Basic Excel skills and database familiarity are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-person and remote trainings focused on HR systems, payroll, electronic timekeeping and eSocial.
• Support initial system implementations, guiding team leads and consultants during travel.
• Provide level 1 technical and functional support for client questions and issues.
• Assist with system configuration and verification of payroll records and monthly routines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive client experience.
• Be available for frequent travel as required by project needs.

• Conduct in-person and remote trainings focused on the use of HR systems, payroll, electronic timekeeping and eSocial;
• Support initial system implementations, accompanying team leads and more experienced consultants during travel;
• Provide technical and functional (level 1) support, assisting clients with basic questions and inconsistencies;
• Assist with system configuration and verification of records, payroll events and monthly routines (payroll closing, taxes and contributions, vacations, terminations and 13th salary);
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and smooth client experience;
• Be available for frequent travel as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Personnel/HR routines: hiring, vacations, terminations, leaves, taxes/contributions and payroll;
• Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation (CLT, FGTS, INSS, eSocial, DIRF and RAIS);
• Familiarity with payroll calculations and interpretation of payroll events (earnings, deductions, bases and incidences);
• Understanding of how eSocial operates and its periodic and non-periodic events;
• Ability to analyze reports (spreadsheets, PDFs, XML) and interpret database information;
• Basic Excel skills (filters, simple formulas, pivot tables) and basic database knowledge are advantages;
• Attention to data consistency and integrations with accounting and finance.
