Job Duties
  1. Gain and utilize expertise in specific aspects of our technology and services portfolio to educate customers, operations, and business development teams about features, advantages, and benefits.
  2. Under broad direction, be accountable for delivery execution, pursuing excellence in daily activities, identifying customer technical needs through product knowledge and geographic understanding.
  3. Assist the business development team in pursuing work through customer interaction and workshops, providing technical recommendations for proposals, and diagnosing delivery issues.
  4. Help establish strategic direction by understanding local customer business drivers and technical challenges, and identify opportunities for upselling within your geographic responsibility.
  5. Maintain awareness of the external market and our marketing strategies by collaborating with various teams to identify growth opportunities and technology gaps.
  6. Contribute to project priorities based on market understanding, customer needs, and technology gaps.
  7. Execute tactical plans as directed by management, ensuring operations comply with all safety and quality policies.
  8. Utilize project management skills to organize and execute assignments, providing guidance to less experienced staff.
  9. Manage budget-related responsibilities impacting revenue and service quality.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; minimum 7 years of experience in the energy services industry, with at least 5 years as a field professional.
