Job Objective:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring successful execution in Agile environments while aligning business requirements with technical solutions across web, mobile, integrations, data, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own software delivery from project initiation through production release.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Gather business requirements directly from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
• Lead Agile execution including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and data teams to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria and coordinate testing (functional, integration, UAT).
• Ensure solutions are production‑ready.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Provide status updates, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
• Facilitate meetings both onsite (client offices) and remotely.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software delivery roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with hands‑on experience in Agile software delivery and technical project environments.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or hybrid).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, including regular visits to client offices in the Puerto Rico Metro Area.

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and modern application architectures. Ability to participate in technical discussions involving:

• Web and mobile applications.
• APIs and system integrations.
• Azure Functions and serverless architectures.
• Data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Data Lake, and ETL pipelines.
• Web and mobile applications.
• API integrations.
• Data and analytics solutions.
• Experience using delivery and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.

Soft Skills
