Qualificações

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP application configurations.
  • Knowledge of Java is a plus.

  • Analyze technical system behaviors and resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor performance of the TRANSPOREON platform.

Job Title: Technical Customer Support/ Technical Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid - Campinas or Hybrid - Londrina

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing immediate solutions or deeper technical analysis to technical support requests from other departments. This role involves monitoring the performance of the TRANSPOREON platform, reacting to relevant incidents, performing minor enhancements or configuration changes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd level support for technical inquiries.

  • Analyze the behavior of technical systems and steer internal efforts to resolve issues occurring for customers.

  • Configure standard components for existing customers.

  • Monitor the performance of the TRANSPOREON platform and respond to relevant incidents.

  • Ensure the completeness and constant updating of system documentation.

  • Receive technical support requests from other departments via tickets and provide immediate solutions or deeper technical analysis. This includes questions about technical processes, system failures, software bugs, and performance issues, all based on the appropriate service level.

  • Perform minor enhancements or configuration changes to existing customers’ system configurations.

  • Delegate cases requiring special expertise to responsible teams via tickets, monitor progress, and demand requested solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Technical Support Engineer for at least 2 year

  • Good knowledge of web-based application configuration (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP).

  • Good knowledge of Java will be a plus.

  • Proven experience with technical knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, and MS Office.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Fluency in the native language of the country of employment.
