Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect for Marketing Cloud projects in Brazil. You will design end-to-end solutions, lead discovery workshops, and translate client needs into scalable technical designs.

The role focuses on integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder and Data Cloud via APIs and scripting. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, hybrid projects, leveraging Agile practices and the latest Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and custom development.
• Experience with AMPscript, SSJS and API integration.
• Strong client engagement and communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Job Description

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.

Client Engagement

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization
• Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs.

Client Focus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant,Marketing Cloud Personalization...).
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
