We are looking for an experienced Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to lead complex customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of strategic technology programs.

This role is responsible for managing multiple engagements, driving delivery governance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, risk management, and executive stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Professional Services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs and portfolios, navigate escalations, and build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Strong leadership, business acumen, executive communication, financial management, and structured problem-solving skills are essential.

Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation is highly desirable. Experience working with large public-sector financial institutions or major government-owned banks is considered a strategic differentiator.

Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent are considered a plus.
