Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Tech Lead to drive backend and mobile development with AI-assisted practices. You will mentor teams, guide code reviews, and align delivery with security and quality standards.

The role partners with architects, product, QA, and security teams to evolve scalable solutions using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and modern cloud tools. Experience leading AI tool adoption and building maintainable architectures is essential; familiarity with Claude and Claude Code is

Responsabilidades

Lead the team technically responsible for backend applications, web systems, and native mobile applications.
Partner with the architect and technical subject-matter expert to define and evolve solutions.
Lead refinement sessions, estimates, feasibility analyses, and implementation strategies.
Conduct code reviews and support the team in resolving technical issues.
Guide developers through mentoring, follow-up, and knowledge sharing.
Ensure the application of development, security, observability, testing, and quality standards.
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts before development begins.
Support the investigation and resolution of incidents.
Monitor metrics, logs, traces, alerts, performance, and application stability.
Support mobile release governance and publishing to the App Store and Google Play.
Contribute to reducing technical debt and modernizing applications.
Work in partnership with Product, QA, UX, Information Security, Infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, and Data teams.
Lead the adoption of Claude and Claude Code throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop the team’s transition plan toward AI-assisted development practices.
Identify opportunities to use AI in requirements analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, refactoring, and incident investigation.
Mentor and train developers to use the tools effectively.
Create reusable standards, guides, prompts, contexts, and workflows for the team.
Support the configuration and evolution of AI-powered development environments and tools.
Ensure human review and the quality of code and documents generated with AI assistance.
Define metrics to track adoption and productivity gains.
Monitor development time, lead time, review time, delivery volume, rework, and defects.
Ensure that AI use complies with Information Security policies, Brazil’s LGPD, and the protection of source code and corporate data.
Work with the architect and technical subject-matter expert to evaluate new AI tools, models, and integrations.

Requirements

Proficiency with Claude and Claude Code applied to software engineering
Ability to structure context, instructions, and prompts for complex development tasks
Experience generating and reviewing code, tests, documentation, and refactorings with AI assistance

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated responses
Experience defining and tracking productivity and quality metrics
Ability to lead cultural change and support different levels of maturity in AI usage
Strong knowledge of backend development with .NET Core and C#
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, messaging, and asynchronous processing
Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID, decoupling, and componentization
Experience with authentication, authorization, session management, and API security
Knowledge of unit, integration, contract, and automated testing
Knowledge of Node.js or Python is a plus
Experience developing or providing technical leadership for native iOS applications using Swift and the iOS SDK, and Android applications using Kotlin and the Android SDK
Ability to conduct code reviews and guide mobile developers
Experience with API consumption, Firebase, secure storage, session management, and push notifications
Knowledge of mobile security, data protection, and SSL pinning
Experience with performance, crashes, compatibility, and observability
Knowledge of the App Store and Google Play publishing processes
Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with React
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, and Git version control
Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, and Redis
Experience with monitoring, distributed logs, metrics, and traces
Knowledge of Datadog or OpenTelemetry is a plus
