Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology and AI initiatives at The Bakery, defining technical directions, resource allocation, and ensuring excellence in deliveries.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, facilitating communication between stakeholders, internal teams, and technical partners.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, overseeing timelines, scope, and technical deliveries.
• Assess and guide decisions on architecture, tech stack, tools, and engineering best practices.
• Support the development of solutions focused on productivity, automation, and business-driven innovation.
• Represent the technical vision in strategic meetings and client interactions.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader, with end-to-end project execution.
• Diverse technical background: experience in software development, knowledge of multiple programming languages, databases, APIs, microservices, cloud solutions, and system architecture.
• Proven experience in implementing AI solutions within organizational environments, directly contributing to the design, coordination, and delivery of business-driven projects—such as process automation, AI copilots, data analysis using ML/AI models, and generative AI applications for internal and customer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI (GPT, Whisper, DALL·E), Langchain, HuggingFace, among others.
• Practical knowledge and application of n8n for workflow orchestration and API-driven automation.
• Ability to understand, structure, and guide teams in data preparation (database organization, governance, internal data extraction, structured and unstructured data usage) to ensure AI solution feasibility.
• Capability to make strategic technical decisions without direct involvement in coding.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Product vision, analytical mindset, and understanding of discovery, prototyping, and delivery cycles.
• Advanced English skills, including technical reading, documentation writing, and conversations with international partners.

• Certifications or hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly in data, AI, and automation-related services.
