ACTIVITIES AND CHALLENGES

• Tech Lead and Engineer directing the team in the best software construction practices on the market;
• Control project activities, acting in production issues and making executive reports;
• Have an interest in people management.

PROFILE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Availability to work in a hybrid format in Santo Amaro/SP
• Good logical reasoning, ease of learning and proactivity;
• Monitoring, technical supervision, implementations and customer support;
• Systems engineering, including the creation of microservices, automated tests, middleware applications and orchestrators;
• Performance, observability and resilience of applications
• Tech Lead multiplier

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Java, creation of micro services, frameworks (spring, spring boot, quarkus), servless;
• Architecture and Orchestration of micro services;
• Cloud;
• Integration with SOAP, REST services;
• Knowledge of relational databases or NoSQL;
• Experience in systems development using agile methodologies;
• Ability to communicate in other languages (Spanish and/or English);

DESIRABLE

• BIG DATA;
• Collaborative tools (Jira and Confluence);
• Have certifications (JAVA, Cloud, Database);
• ISO20022;
• DevSecOps (continuous integration with Mave, Jenkis, GitLab, Sonar, Fortfy, ArtFactory);
