Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Team Lead to supervise large-scale multimodal AI annotation projects remotely. You will drive project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure timely and on-budget completion while maintaining high quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with stakeholders, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing scopes. Weekend availability may be needed. 20–40 hours per week contract.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience in relevant fields.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience in complex projects.
• Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with performance metrics for effective project evaluation.
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume project demands.
