Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a QA Lead to guide a team of reviewers in quality assurance. You will ensure adherence to complex guidelines and provide clear communication and constructive feedback to team members.

You will conduct regular assessments to maintain high quality standards, collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Training sessions for new reviewers will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall QA experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring teammates.
• Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines.
• Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred.
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST
