Job summary

Crossing Hurdles, a Brazil-based company, seeks a QA Lead to guide a team of reviewers and ensure quality across projects. You will manage adherence to complex guidelines and provide clear communication to the staff, driving improvements and consistency in outputs.

In this role, you will analyze performance data, collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, and facilitate training on best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall experience in quality assurance.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines.
• Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred.
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST.
