Join a leading global ice cream company as a Tax Assistant Manager. You will support tax business partnering, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fully independent Ice Cream organization while developing your career in a dynamic environment.
If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or are considering working for it, you will join the global leader in ice cream with €8bn turnover in 2023. The Ice Cream business operates in a highly attractive category within the €1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, which is experiencing consistent high growth. We own strong brand equities, including 5 of the top 10 selling brands such as Wall’s, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, planned to be separated from Unilever by November 2025. This separation aims to better realize the distinct growth characteristics of Ice Cream from other Unilever businesses.

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Assistant Manager to support tax business partnering across specific markets.
Your role ensures we meet financial goals, comply with regulations, and optimize tax strategies, leveraging technology. The Tax Assistant Manager will work with the Tax Manager to provide regional tax advice, oversee local compliance and reporting (via third-party services), respond to tax authority challenges, and ensure the business maximizes tax efficiency within legal frameworks.
