Job summary

World Animal Protection is seeking a Talent Mobility and Acquisition Lead to design and implement equitable talent acquisition and internal mobility across our global teams. The role collaborates with hiring managers and the People function to access the right skills at the right time, and to move talent across roles, projects and locations.

• Experience in talent acquisition and/or talent mobility within a complex or international organisation.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate experience and selection approaches.
• Experience designing and implementing talent processes and systems.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Experience using data and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.

• Strengthen recruitment processes, tools and governance to support fair and effective hiring decisions.

• Support global resourcing and mobility approaches in partnership with People, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Build capability within the People function through clear processes, guidance, tools and coaching.
• Gradually transferring operational ownership while continuing to provide strategic advice and oversight.

At World Animal Protection, we move the world to protect animals. We are looking for a Talent Mobility and Acquisition Lead to help create a more skills-based, globally agile organisation.

Working closely with colleagues across our global People function and with hiring managers, you will design and embed practical talent acquisition and internal mobility approaches that help us access the right skills at the right time. You will strengthen recruitment practices, improve internal opportunity and support the movement of talent across roles, teams, projects and locations.

This is a hands-on role requiring systems thinking, strong stakeholder partnership and the ability to turn strategy into practical, scalable processes. Over time, you will build capability and transfer ownership so that the new approaches are sustained across the organisation.
