Descrição da oferta de emprego

Talent Manager / Talent Acquisition

In our 40-year history, we’ve changed a lot—from a culture-defining film title studio (Superman, Alien, Ghostbusters); to an interactive advertising agency; to an award-winning product and marketing agency with design, technology, communications, ventures and IP practices. We like change, and like to navigate our clients through it too.

Our approach to work is always human first. This unwavering focus helps us create meaningful and memorable experiences that live across digital platforms and often blur the line between the digital and real worlds. We believe disruptive thinking happens when you collide experts in design, technology and culture..

Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at R/GA are core to building an environment that enables Business and Talent Growth, Innovative Work, and an Inclusive Culture. As the nervous system of the organization, these functions drive collaboration, integration, and efficiency across our global offices. We seek both short- and long-term opportunities to support business growth and talent mobility across the network.

This role serves as both Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead for Brazil. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting support to hiring managers and efficiently filling roles across campaign, product and brand design, content, strategy, and client engagement teams. You will collaborate closely with Brazil leadership and key partners across the Americas region.

As a Talent Manager, you will lead full lifecycle recruiting and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader talent market. You will act as a strategic partner to business and discipline leads, helping to cast high-performing teams and provide insights into staffing trends. Working across the R/GA network, you’ll manage and leverage both internal and external talent across a diverse range of projects. You will also play a critical role in supporting individual career development by understanding the capabilities of talent across your region and connecting them with the right opportunities. You will identify, engage, and recruit top-tier freelance and full-time talent using both traditional and non-traditional methods. You’ll partner with craft and client leads, hiring managers, and the broader Talent team to attract, secure, and retain best-in-class talent.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Talent Manager at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Support internal and external staffing and talent operations for the Brazil region, collaborating with local leadership and the global Talent Management team
  • Work with Client Engagement, craft, and client leads to understand staffing needs driven by client requests, SOWs, and funding
  • Connect with talent to understand individual goals and inform thoughtful, growth-oriented casting
  • Lead casting and allocation meetings, and proactively manage bandwidth, utilization, and talent gaps
  • Oversee freelance needs; including but not limited to: forecasting, business case development, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, extension requests, allocation tracking, and offboarding
  • Manage workforce planning and resource coordination, including collaboration with the Studios Craft TM and freelance talent across Brazil, Argentina and the US
  • Maintain and report on key talent data, including the Americas Freelance Tracker and monthly Utilization Reports
  • Partner with Talent Partners on employee relations and contribute to performance reviews
  • Support business cases for staff hiring, update the To Be Hired file, and submit requisitions via Greenhouse and Reporter
  • Coordinate employee vacation coverage and resolve rejected hours in partnership with Program Managers
  • Participate in weekly Talent meetings, sharing Brazil-specific updates, bandwidth, and staffing needs with the broader network
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for freelance and staff roles; including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communication
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Talent Partners to support onboarding and offboarding

The ideal person

  • Has high emotional intelligence and enjoys connecting with people to create positive change
  • Is a creative problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic environments
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and takes ownership of their work
  • Works collaboratively to develop talent and staffing strategies
  • Works with a sense of urgency and consistently delivers high-quality work
  • Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and remains composed under pressure
  • Has an existing network in the digital, content production and campaign creative communities

You bring

  • 3+ years of recruitment, program management and/or business operations experience in a digital-first or creative agency setting, working across brand storytelling and technology-driven experiences
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and solution oriented approach to your work
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting and production processes
  • An understanding of agency disciplines across design, art direction, copywriting, program management, technology, strategy, and business leadership
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Excel, the Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse) and enterprise management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Bonus Points

  • You drive talent development and growth by advocating for a strong, supportive talent experience
  • You bring experience in product development and operational workflow management
  • You challenge conventional casting models and act as a change agent for more agile team building
  • You champion integrated, equitable, inclusive, and diverse teams
  • You foster creative integrity and help maintain high standards across talent and work
